These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between bt8888 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "User", "Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses the bt8888 website and its associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, wallet services, and promotional programs.

This Agreement is written in English and is the governing version. In any dispute, the English-language version of these terms shall prevail.

| MFS | Mobile Financial Service — refers to Bangladeshi mobile wallet services including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. |
| Prohibited Jurisdiction | Any country or territory from which access to online gambling services is restricted or prohibited under applicable law. |
👤 Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the bt8888 platform. By registering, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. bt8888 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time, and to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed. Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to register.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the bt8888 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — constitutes a breach of these terms. bt8888 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to withhold any funds or winnings associated with them.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any wallet balance, and cancellation of pending withdrawals. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bt8888 login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify bt8888 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. bt8888 will never ask for your password via any communication channel.
💳 Deposits, Withdrawals & Wallet
bt8888 supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of Bangladeshi payment methods. The availability of specific payment options may vary and is subject to change. Supported methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfer services including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit via MFS wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳100. Minimum amounts for bank transfers may differ and are displayed at the point of transaction.
- Currency: All wallet balances are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bt8888 does not offer multi-currency accounts. Currency conversion is not supported on the platform.
- Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes displayed in your account dashboard. bt8888 does not guarantee processing within a specific number of hours but makes reasonable commercial efforts to fulfil requests promptly.
- Withdrawal Method Match: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to bt8888's verification requirements. bt8888 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
- Transaction Fees: bt8888 does not charge a platform fee on standard MFS deposits and withdrawals. Any fees imposed by your bank or MFS provider are outside bt8888's control and are your responsibility.
- Refused Deposits: bt8888 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms. Refused deposits will be returned to the originating payment method where technically possible.
- Dormant Accounts: An account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bt8888 will make reasonable efforts to contact you before applying any dormancy policy to your wallet balance.
🎲 Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets and wagers placed on bt8888 are subject to the specific game rules and sports betting rules applicable to that product. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the relevant product rules. In the event of a conflict between a specific product rule and this Agreement, the specific product rule takes precedence for that product.
A bet is only confirmed and binding once bt8888 has issued a confirmation to you via the platform interface. Bets that have not been confirmed are not valid. bt8888 reserves the right to decline any bet without providing a reason, including bets that exceed maximum stake limits.
In the event of a system error, software malfunction, technical fault, or data feed failure that results in an incorrect price, market, or game outcome being displayed, bt8888 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return the staked amount to the relevant wallets. bt8888 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
bt8888 monitors all accounts for patterns consistent with match-fixing, arbitrage abuse, bonus abuse, collusion, or other fraudulent conduct. Where such patterns are detected, bt8888 reserves the right to void bets, freeze wallet balances, and close the relevant accounts. Any winnings generated through fraudulent activity will not be paid out.
bt8888 may apply maximum payout limits to specific markets, games, or bet types. Where applicable, these limits are displayed within the relevant product interface. In the event a calculated payout exceeds the applicable maximum, bt8888 will pay out only to the maximum limit. Affected users will be notified via their account.

From time to time, bt8888 offers bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentive programmes to eligible registered users. All promotions are subject to specific terms which are published alongside the relevant offer. The following general conditions apply to all bt8888 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms.
- Eligibility: Promotions are available only to registered bt8888 accounts in good standing. bt8888 reserves the right to restrict promotional eligibility based on account history, activity levels, or geographic location.

- Right to Amend or Withdraw: bt8888 reserves the right to modify the terms of any ongoing promotion, or to withdraw a promotion entirely, at any time and without prior notice. Users who have already claimed a promotion at the time of withdrawal will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of their claim.
⚠️ Limitation of Liability
bt8888 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond bt8888's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. bt8888 will make reasonable commercial efforts to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses arising from downtime.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bt8888's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bt8888 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or special damages.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bt8888 operates. Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement shall be addressed first through bt8888's internal complaints process. Users are encouraged to contact bt8888 support before initiating any formal dispute resolution process. Nothing in this clause limits any right you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
🚪 Account Closure & Termination
You may close your bt8888 account at any time by contacting support at the email address provided below. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining real-money wallet balance at the time of closure (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to uncompleted wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method.
bt8888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, use of the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction, failure to complete identity verification within a required period, or any other conduct that bt8888 determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other users.
Upon account termination for cause, bt8888 reserves the right to retain any wallet balance where it is determined that the funds were obtained through a breach of these terms. Where account closure is initiated without cause by bt8888, any legitimate real-money wallet balance will be returned in full.
